Monday July 26, 2010:

We are pleased with the result we just received from the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Not only is it favorable, but it will finally allow us to move past the point where the cases were stayed for the past 2 and a half years.  

We expect a hearing in the next few months at which time we will update all of our clients on the progress of their individual cases. Until then, please refrain from calling as it takes away from our ability to work on preparing a trial roadmap for the federal court.
