July 13, 2009 Engle Trust Fund Update:

Wilner Hartley & Metcalf, P.A., formerlly Wilner Block, P.A., has received the FINAL payment from the Engle Trust Fund.  THERE WILL BE NO FURTHER DISTRIBUTIONS. This represents the final payment on a successful claim. These checks have been processed and will be sent by regular mail starting the week of July 13, 2009.
